The first «Apple» was given to KRSU

A tour of the famous creative group – Song and Dance Ensemble of the Russian Black Sea Fleet took place in Kyrgyzstan. At the same time, Russian sailors gave the first concert of their tour within the walls of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after the first President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin. Teachers and students noted the skill of the military artists with thunderous applause. It could not have been otherwise: the ensemble’s rich concert program and the high performing level of the singers and dancers won the hearts of the audience. Song and Dance Ensemble of the Black Sea Fleet – one of the oldest military creative groups in Russia. It was formed in March 1932. During the Great Patriotic War, the ensemble shared the hardships of the war with participants in the defense of Sevastopol, Odessa and Perekop; its artists fought in the same ranks with the defenders of Novorossiysk and Tuapse. The ensemble is the first performer of such works as «Sevastopol Waltz», «Russian Ocean Fleet», «Treasured Stone», «Black Sea», «Sea Heart», dance «Bullseye».
