The results of the Scientific Topics Competition of NPR KRSU – 2025 have been summed up
The selection of applications for participation in the annual Competition of Scientific Topics for Scientific and Pedagogical Workers has been completed at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. The competition is held as part of systematic support for the research activities of teachers and is aimed at developing the scientific potential of the university.
In 2025, 113 entries were submitted to the competition. Of these, 60 projects successfully implemented in the previous year were automatically admitted to the main competition. Based on the results of the expert assessment, an additional 30 new applications were selected, the authors of which demonstrated a high level of scientific training, relevance of the topic and prospects for research.
The examination of applications was carried out in accordance with the approved Regulations and Rules of the competition. Among the key criteria: compliance of the topic with the set goals, scientific novelty, relevance of the study, intersectoral approach, methodology, as well as the potential applicability of the results and compliance with the priority areas of scientific development of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation.
Based on the results of the commission’s work:
– 90 entries recommended for the main call;
– 23 applications – for participation in the additional competition.
Please note that not a single application was rejected — all participants whose projects did not pass the main competition received a chance to implement their initiatives as part of an additional selection. This approach underscores the university's commitment to creating equal opportunities for researchers with varying levels of experience and scientific training.
