Board of Trustees of KRSU: Maxim Valerievich Nagaitsev

The quantitative and qualitative composition of the Board of Trustees of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University is united by a single goal — increasing the competitiveness of the university in solving key socio-economic problems of Kyrgyzstan and Russia. The council includes experts from leading industries, science and high technology — people whose in-depth professional expertise helps build truly practice-oriented education and strengthen the university’s direct connections with the real sector of the economy. Today we are talking about one of the council members — Maxim Valerievich Nagaitsev. Maxim Valerievich Nagaitsev — Managing Director for New Technologies and Projects of the State Corporation «Rostec». His professional path spans more than three decades of work at the intersection of management, science and production. A graduate of the Moscow State Technical University named after N. E. Bauman with a degree in mechanical engineering, he defended his candidate and doctoral dissertations in technical sciences. Career includes work in commercial structures, teaching at MSTU. Bauman, leadership positions at OJSC «AVTOVAZ» in the field of sales and marketing, head of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise «NAMI» and management of a specialized department at MAMI. Since 2017, Maxim Valerievich has been working at the Group of Companies «Rostec», where he is responsible for the development of new technologies, civil projects, conversion activities, strategic initiatives of the corporation, and also actively participates in the work of the Scientific, Technical and Expert Councils. Maxim Valerievich’s participation in the Board of Trustees of KRSU gives the university access to advanced developments in the high-tech industry, helps introduce modern engineering approaches to the educational process and train specialists who are immediately in demand in innovative and industrial sectors.
