Congratulations on this important date — Constitution Day of the Kyrgyz Republic!

The Constitution is the basis of the state and legal system of the country, the guarantor of the rights and freedoms of citizens, a symbol of the unity, independence and sovereignty of the Kyrgyz Republic. It is on its principles that a democratic society is built, in which every person feels his importance and responsibility for the future of the country.

The ideals of freedom, equality and justice laid down in the Constitution serve as the foundation for stable development, interethnic harmony and the rule of law. These values are especially important for our university, where representatives of different cultures and peoples study and work, united by respect for laws, the desire for knowledge and faith in a better future.

Let this day become a reminder of our common responsibility for preserving and strengthening statehood, for raising new generations capable of making a worthy contribution to the prosperity of Kyrgyzstan.
