On December 12, Russia celebrates Constitution Day — a holiday dedicated to the basic law, which serves as the basis for the democratic development of the state and the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens.
KRSU congratulates all students, teachers and staff on this significant day! The Constitution of the Russian Federation symbolizes the desire for justice, equality and respect for human dignity.
