Representatives of KRSU take part in the All-Russian forum in Moscow

Employees of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University take part in the All-Russian Forum of Social Partnership in Higher Education, which takes place in Moscow at the State University of Management.The event is attended by Nailya Valitova, head of the Personnel Department, and Chynara Orozalieva, deputy head of the Personnel Department.The Forum «Sectoral Dialogue: from Discussions to Agreement» brings together representatives of public authorities, trade union organisations and university leaders to work out agreed solutions in higher education. The organizers were the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the All-Russian Trade Union of Education.The discussion centers on — the development of social partnership, regulation of labor relations, issues of remuneration and standardization of working hours, as well as increasing the social protection of university employees. Participants review the practice of implementing industry agreements and formulate proposals for improving the mechanisms of interaction between university administrations and trade unions.Special attention is paid to the role of trade union organizations in the management of educational institutions and increasing the effectiveness of personnel policy in the context of modern challenges.The participation of representatives of KRSU is aimed at exchanging professional experience and introducing best practices into the work of the university. It is expected that the results of the forum will contribute to the development of a social partnership system and strengthening the human resources potential of higher education.
