KRSU medical teachers took part in an innovative master class

As part of the implementation of the recommendations of the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education EdNet, a master class was held on innovative training programs PBL (Problem-Based Learning), CBL (Case-based learning –identification-based learning method), TBL (Team Based Learning –team-oriented learning).

One of the organizers of the event was the Department of Pediatrics KRSU.

The head addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. Department of Childhood Diseases with a course in cardio-rheumatology and gastroenterology of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug «Astana Medical University», Professor S. Abdrakhmanova.

A representative of the same university – Associate Professor A. Tuleubaeva – conducted a master class on the PBL method using a child as an example (age – 7 months). She spoke about the philosophy, principles, rules for creating cases and methods of conducting practical classes with students.

Upon completion, the participants decided to continue the exchange of experience in the areas of activity of the two departments – NAO «MUA» and the Department of Pediatrics KRSU.
