The KRSU Board of Trustees brings together 16 respected representatives of Russia and Kyrgyzstan — leaders in the fields of education, public service, culture and business. Right now we are talking about one of the brightest participants of the council — Alena Igorevna Arshinova. Alena Arshinova is the Deputy Head of the «United Russia» faction in the State Duma of the VIII convocation. Chairman of the ANO Council «Eurasia». She was Co-Chairman of the Coordination Council «Young Guard». By education — sociologist. Graduate of Pridnestrovian State University, graduate student and teacher at the Faculty of Sociology of Moscow State University. Since 2012 — Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Today Alena Arshinova is actively working to develop international humanitarian cooperation, promote the Russian language and strengthen cultural and educational ties with the CIS countries.
