KRSU professor Larisa Khoperskaya presented a new book
A presentation of the book by Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor of the Department of International Relations KRSU Larisa Khoperskaya «Support for Compatriots – the constitutional duty of the Russian state took place at the Russian House in Bishkek. Experience working with compatriots in the Kyrgyz Republic». The presentation was attended by representatives of compatriot organizations, business, scientific and expert circles of the country.
According to the author, the pages of the publication touch upon issues of the constitutional and legal status of Russian compatriots in Kyrgyzstan, the status of the Russian language, and provide an analysis of the activities of Russian organizations in the country and directly organizations of compatriots.
The head of the Russian House, Viktor Nefedov, spoke about the importance of the work done by the author, noting that the book will be of interest to a wide range of readers, including lawyers, political scientists, the business community and representatives of various ethnic groups inhabiting Kyrgyzstan.
