Developing creative thinking!

On April 21, Associate Professor of the Department of Management KRSU and academic advisor of our Enactus team Dilyara Suleeva conducted an open practical lesson in the discipline «Business Planning» in the format of role-playing debates within the framework of the project «Creative Spark» on the methodology «Cass Business School» (UK).

3rd year students in the field «Management» together with the director of the Enactus program in Kyrgyzstan Gulbarchin Suyunova and the dean of the Faculty of Economics of KRSU Natalya Brovko plunged into the interactive atmosphere of planning a successful business in the company, developed a marketing promotion plan, compiled a portrait of a potential consumer, and tried themselves as real manufacturers products.

The following interactive methods were used during the session:

• Team bonding exercises (games «Fake memories» and «I agree»)
• Reflection
• Creating a portrait of the consumer
• Storyboarding and Enterprise Success Story in 3-D.
