The rector of KRSU held a working meeting with participants of the SKOLKOVO program

At the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, a working meeting was held between Rector Sergei Volkov and participants in the educational program «Code of Educational Programs» of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. The meeting participants summed up the interim results of the training, discussed the current progress of team initiatives and preparations for the pre-defense of projects, which is scheduled for January 27. The project is approaching its final stage: the final modules and, most importantly, — the practical implementation of the developed educational solutions are ahead on the basis of the university. Sergei Volkov especially emphasized that the main value of the program lies not in the theoretical development of new approaches, but in their real implementation.  «We are talking about the creation and launch of new educational tracks with subsequent license, accreditation and full integration into the structure of KRSU, — the rector noted. — Each team is responsible for its own direction, and the university, for its part, is ready to provide comprehensive support and support developments until tangible results are obtained». At the meeting, they separately considered the prospects for scaling up initiatives: possible interaction with the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the development of new formats of additional education — including a school of rectors, educational simulators and advanced training programs. We also discussed ways for teachers to grow professionally: from participating as speakers to becoming experts at the republican level. The meeting was held in an open dialogue format — participants were able to ask exciting questions, share emerging difficulties and jointly outline specific next steps. According to the organizers, such direct contact allowed us to once again compare the guidelines and strengthen confidence that the changes the teams are working on are truly capable of qualitatively transforming the educational ecosystem of KRSU. Program «Code of Educational Programs» — is an intensive course from the SKOLKOVO School of Management, focused on the design and launch of modern higher education programs. Participation in it already gives KRSU real tools for updating educational study programs and increasing the competitiveness of the university in the region.
