Rector of KRSU Sergey Volkov and director of the NCTC Talant Eraliev visited the educational complex «Zhashtyk»
After signing a memorandum of understanding in the field of medical education, science and practical healthcare, the rector of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University Sergei Volkov and the director of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy named after Academician Mirsaid Mirrakhimov Talant Eraliev visited the educational complex «Zhashtyk», where they met with students undergoing educational shift.During the visit, Sergei Volkov spoke about the development of the complex, which today is becoming not only a vacation spot, but also a modern educational platform. According to the rector, more than 900 students who participated in educational programs, project activities and teamwork have already passed through the base.«The most important person for us is the student. We are creating this platform so that here you can study, develop, work on projects and become stronger as a team», noted Sergei Volkov.During the open dialogue, students shared their proposals for the further development of the complex. They expressed their wishes to expand the Wi-Fi coverage area, open a small store on the base and create additional conditions for a comfortable stay. The rector emphasized that the university is consistently working to improve infrastructure, and many student initiatives are already under implementation.The meeting continued with a short lecture by the director of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy named after Academician Mirsaid Mirrakhimov, Talant Eraliev. He told students about the importance of preventing cardiovascular diseases, the importance of a healthy lifestyle, regular physical activity and the responsibility of future medical specialists for maintaining public health.Talant Eraliev also noted that the signed memorandum opens up new opportunities for cooperation between KRSU and NCTC in the training of medical personnel, the development of science and practical healthcare.«We are always ready to support the educational initiatives of the university and jointly train highly qualified specialists. It is very important to study well, engage in physical education and sports, monitor your health and come to the National Center of Cardiology only as future doctors, and not as patients», emphasized the director of the NCTC.During the meeting, Talent Eraliev invited students and staff of the university to take part in events dedicated to World Heart Day, which is celebrated annually on September 29. He also thanked KRSU student volunteers for their assistance in organizing socially significant events and highly appreciated their contribution to the development of the volunteer movement.The visit to the educational complex «Zhashtyk» was a continuation of the practical implementation of the memorandum between KRSU and NCTC, aimed at strengthening interaction in the field of medical education, science and healthcare.
