The President also announced the launch of a long-term mechanism «Student Credit» designed to expand the accessibility of education. For the construction of new universities and schools on the basis of public-private partnership, it is planned to create conditions, including the provision of land plots, connection to utilities and registration of permits.

One of the technological priorities will be the training of domestic programmers, engineers, specialists in artificial intelligence, data work and cybersecurity. At the same time, it is planned to support young specialists, national IT companies and our own developments.

Along with the educational agenda, Zhaparov outlined tasks for industrial development, deepening the processing of raw materials and expanding the export of goods and services with high added value. Priorities include – protecting private property, eliminating undue pressure on business and increasing businesses' access to long-term financing.

By the end of 2030, the goals are set to ensure an average annual real GDP growth rate of 8% and an annual increase in foreign direct investment inflows of 20%.

In the social sphere, the emphasis is on supporting families and children, increasing the availability of medical care and improving targeted support.
