Study results: KRSU graduates positively assess the quality of education
At the Faculty of Economics of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU), an annual survey among graduates to study satisfaction with the quality of education has been completed. The study was conducted by the dean's office of the faculty with the assistance of the Center for Sociological Research KRSU. This year, 109 people took part in the survey.
The survey examined the opinions of graduates on various aspects of the educational process, including the quality of the material and technical base, educational resources, the level of interaction and communication of students, the quality of teaching, the organization of practice and extracurricular activity.
An analysis of the data obtained showed that graduates positively assess the organization of the educational process and the work of teachers at the faculty. The majority of students (74.47%) are satisfied with the level of training of specialists. Also, 67.02% of respondents noted that during training they developed the ability to quickly work with various information, 56.38% - to make decisions independently and 52.13% - to work in a team. In addition, 43.62% of graduates indicated the development of research skills.
According to the survey, half of graduates have already decided on the issue of employment. Thus, 13.83% of respondents indicated that they were employed with the help of the department where they studied, and 42.55% of graduates found work on their own while studying at KRSU.
Overall, 80.85% of economics graduates are satisfied with the quality of their studies at KRSU. In addition, 84.04% of respondents noted that they were interested in studying in their chosen profile, which indicates the high quality of training of specialists at the faculty.
The management of the Faculty of Economics of KRSU will take note of the survey results, as well as the proposals and recommendations of graduates, in order to improve the educational process.
