Russian scientists conducted classes for medical students KRSU as part of the «Visiting Professor» program

From November 12 to 19, as part of international cooperation in the field of higher education of partner universities in KRSU, under the program «Visiting Professor» for students and residents of the Faculty of Medicine, as well as students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of KRSU, the head of the Department of Forensic Medicine gave lectures and conducted practical classes with a course in law Tver State Medical University Vladimir Dadabaev, employees of the Department of Forensic Medicine named after P. Minakov Faculty of Medicine of the Russian National Research Medical University named after N. Pirogov – head of the department, professor Evgeny Kildyushov, associate professors Eduard Tumanov and Zoya Sokolova.

Practical classes were held at the Department of Forensic Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine KRSU and were devoted to the following topics: «Forensic toxicology»; «Features of the organization and production of forensic medical examination for determining the duration of death: questions and answers». The seminars were attended by 6th year students of the specialty «General Medicine». The lecturers used tests, problems, illustrations and tables developed at the Department of Forensic Medicine named after P. Minakov of the Russian National Research Medical University and the Department of Forensic Medicine with a course in law from TSMU.

On November 16, students of the Department of Instrument Engineering KRSU conducted scientific research and experiments under the guidance of the head of the department, Mikhail Dukhanin, and scientists from Russia. 17 November doctor of Medical Sciences. V. Dadabaev conducted practical classes with residents of the department forensic Medicine, Faculty of Medicine KRSU

On November 18, the grand opening of lectures took place in the large assembly hall of the main building of KRSU. Russian colleagues were represented by employees of our university – Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Professor Salavat Usmanov and Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Professor Anes Zarifyan. Russian scientists then gave lectures to more than 270 students and residents: «Prospects for the use of the CT radiation method in the study of cadaveric tissue» (lecturer – doctor of Medical Sciences. V. Dadabaev), «Features of the organization and production of forensic medical examination of determining the duration of death» (lecturer – Professor E. Kildyushov).

Thanks to the «Visiting Professor» program, students, residents and teachers of KRSU received up-to-date knowledge in the field of forensic medicine, became acquainted with modern research and teaching methods developed by leading universities of the Russian Federation.
