Russia in poetry and works of classics

October 21, philology students of 2nd, 3rd and 4th years KRSU (Margarita Domanova, Victoria Monastyrskaya, Nadezhda Semenova, Anna Antonova, Alena Gorbunova and Marina Polyanichko took part in an interuniversity competition «Russia in poetry and works of classics», organized by the «Eurasians Foundation – new wave». An event dedicated to the Cross Year of Cultures of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation was held at KSU named after. Arabaeva.

The main goal of the competition – involving young people in studying the great heritage of Russian poets and writers, developing humanitarian ties in the Eurasian space, preserving a single linguistic, cultural and historical space.

KRSU students performed well and took second place after three rounds of the competition.
