Sergey Volkov held a meeting with the deans of KRSU: main emphasis — quality of education and discipline

Acting Rector of KRSU Sergei Volkov held a working meeting with deans, during which the results of a recent strategic session aimed at developing the university, introducing digital technologies and improving the quality of educational programs were summed up.

During the meeting, special attention was paid to the key priority — high-quality training of students. As Sergei Volkov noted, the university should not strive to increase the number of students, but to create conditions that allow graduates to be in demand as professionals.

Issues of academic and financial discipline were also discussed at the meeting. Measures to maintain strict standards were touched upon, including the need to expel students with academic debts or unpaid financial obligations. The deans are instructed to prepare appropriate orders as soon as possible.

Workshops with deans will continue on a regular basis to quickly address current challenges and monitor progress towards strategic goals.
