Composition of the KRSU Board of Trustees

The KRSU Board of Trustees unites authoritative representatives of Russia and Kyrgyzstan — leaders in the fields of education, finance, public administration, culture and sports.Today we are talking about one of the council members — Ulanbek Melisovich Nogaev.Ulanbek Nogaev — Chairman of the Board of OJSC «Eldik Bank», member of the Executive Committee of the Kyrgyz Football Union. His professional path combines deep expertise in the banking sector and active participation in the development of public and sports institutions in the country.Ulanbek Melisovich received his education at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, from which he graduated in 2003. He began his career in the financial sector and consistently worked his way up from a treasury specialist to the head of the largest banking structures in Kyrgyzstan.Over the years of his professional activity, he held key positions in the country's leading financial organizations, including the Settlement and Savings Company, INEXIMBANK, BTA Bank, Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank and Ayil Bank. In 2017–2022, he worked as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Ayil Bank. Since 2023, he has headed RSK Bank, which was renamed Eldik Bank in May 2024.Since February 2024, Ulanbek Nogayev has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Kyrgyz Football Union, taking part in the development of football infrastructure and support of sports initiatives at the national level.The inclusion of Ulanbek Melisovich Nogaev in the Board of Trustees of KRSU helps strengthen the university’s ties with the country’s financial and economic community and expands opportunities for the strategic development of educational and socially significant projects.
