KRSU employee at the National Forum of DPO «Man and Competencies of the New Age»

On November 20, the National Forum of Additional Professional Education started «Man and the competencies of modern times», in which the Director of the International Institute of Further Education and Personnel Engineering KRSU takes part Zhanna Kaunash.

The forum brought together representatives of universities, the state and business to discuss how additional education is changing under the influence of technology, labor market demands and new approaches to personnel training. Participants share their experience in implementing AI and EdTech solutions, discuss human-centricity in education, training specialists for the economy of the future, developing mentoring, pedagogical design and modern formats of lifelong learning.

A separate element of the business program was the performance directors of MIDOIKI, which presented KRSU's experience in the field of networking with the National Research University «Higher School of Economics». She emphasized that cooperation between KRSU and the National Research University Higher School of Economics in the field of additional professional education is based on modern ones models of network interaction, comprising:

• distributed networking with contributions from each university

• inclusion of HSE experts and educational content in KRSU programs

• corporate-university alliances,

• implementation of HSE programs by partner universities.

The forum is taking place 20–21 November and it becomes a space for dialogue and finding solutions that will determine the development of the DPO system in the coming years.
