Collaborative research – the key to success
On November 19, a round table was held online «Development of the scientific and technical potential of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University through the development of cooperation with leading Russian universities and scientific organizations».
Chairman of the Executive Committee of the International Union of Instrument-Making and Information and Telecommunication Technologies Specialists Gennady Popov, as well as Rector of KRSU, Academician Vladimir Nifadiev addressed the audience with words of greeting.
Vice-Rector for Science, Professor Valery Lelevkin told the event participants about the structure, educational, scientific and international activities of KRSU, noting the importance of fruitful cooperation in the field of scientific research with universities of the Russian Federation. In their reports, V. Lelevkin and university staff paid special attention to priority innovative projects being developed at the university: «Preservation and promotion of the positions of the Russian language and the Russian world as a means of communicative support for integration processes between Kyrgyzstan and Russia», «Digital quarry», «Hydraulic and channel processes during water intake from rivers into systems of diversionary hydroelectric power stations» and much more.
Representatives of the Department of State Scientific and Scientific-Technical Policy of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, Tomsk State University, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (national research university), Altai State University, Physical Institute named after P.N. took part in the online meeting. Lebedev RAS (Moscow), Institute of General Physics named after A.M. Prokhorov RAS (Moscow), Institute of Applied Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Nizhny Novgorod).
