Joint programs and exchanges: KRSU signed a roadmap with the Leningrad region
The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University signed a roadmap for joint activities with the Government of the Leningrad Region and Leningrad State University named after A.S. Pushkin. The document is designed for 2026-2027 and is aimed at developing cooperation in the field of education, science and youth policy.The signing took place as part of an official meeting with the participation of representatives of government authorities and educational institutions. The roadmap establishes specific areas of interaction, deadlines for the implementation of projects and responsible implementers.The agreement provides for expanding the academic mobility of students and teachers, launching joint educational programs, conducting internships and improving the qualifications of teaching staff. In particular, it is planned to implement at least three advanced training programs, the participation of more than 60 teachers and administrative staff, as well as the launch of at least one professional retraining program and one advanced training program in an online format.Exchange programs and internships are provided for students - at least 20 participants and at least two exchange races. In addition, it is planned to hold 5-6 guest lectures with the participation of more than 200 listeners.Special attention is paid to youth policy and cultural and educational initiatives. As part of the cooperation, it is planned that KRSU students will participate in international forums - at least five people for each event, hold joint project schools with more than 50 participants, as well as organize photo exhibitions and educational programs with the participation of over 1000 visitors.The implementation of the roadmap will allow KRSU to strengthen its position as an interstate educational platform, expand international relations and improve the quality of training of specialists. For students, this creates additional opportunities to participate in academic exchanges, internships and international projects, and for teachers - access to modern educational practices.Cooperation will also contribute to the development of research activities and the strengthening of humanitarian ties between Kyrgyzstan and the Russian Federation.The signing of the document was the next step in the development of KRSU’s long-term partnership with Russian regions and universities.
