A specialist from the USA gave lectures for teachers and clinical residents of KRSU
On October 25, the KRSU Faculty of Medicine held its first meeting with lecturers from the United States as part of a two-day seminar organized by the University Department of Family Medicine together with the Family Medicine Clinic «Eldik».
Cfamily doctor at the University of North Texas, Dr Lesca C. Hadley has given lectures focusing on aspects of clinical medicine such as pregnancy hypertension and urinary incontinence.
Seminar participants – teachers and clinical residents – actively participated in the discussion and were keenly interested in foreign experience in managing pregnancy in conditions of extragenital pathology, as well as providing assistance to elderly patients with specific health problems.
A colleague from the United States kindly provided all the demonstration materials and for the next meeting, scheduled for October 28, announced a master class on ultrasound examination in the practice of a family doctor.
