KRSU students were told about public service in Kyrgyzstan
On December 8, according to the work plan for career guidance for schoolchildren, organization of internships for students and employment of graduates of the Faculty of Law KRSU, the Department of State Theory and Law, together with the State Agency for Civil Service and Local Self-Government under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, held an Open Day.
The purpose of the event is to ensure information transparency about the right of access of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic to public service.
The head of the Northern Interregional Department, Sadigul Alymkulova, and the head of the financial and administrative support department, Shirin Toktash, greeted the KRSU students and schoolchildren, thanked them for their interest and they talked about the basics of public service, the procedure for admission and its completion.
In order to exclude and prevent violations, as well as to ensure transparency, confidentiality and impartiality in the conduct of competitions, prompt and economical organization, and training, the State Agency for Civil Service and Local Self-Government under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic is using a new approach to solving existing problems through the creation of a Testing Center with local branches. The center began operating in October 2008.
The created set of technical and software tools, a set of qualification programs for holding competitions and testing made it possible in modern conditions to ensure high-quality and highly effective competitive selection and testing of candidates participating in the competition for state and municipal positions, because computer testing is one of the stages of competitive selection.
At the end, State Agency employees answered numerous questions from the event participants.
