A student of KRSU became a member of the medical team "Calling".

This summer, the All-Russian Student Medical Detachment «Calling» received representatives of Kyrgyzstan for the first time, among whom Karina Kim, a fourth-year student at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (Bishkek), stands out.

Karina Kim works at the Leninogorsk Central District Hospital, helping with medical examinations, visiting patients at home, taking ECGs, taking blood for tests and filling out medical documentation. She is involved as paramedical and junior medical personnel, a nurse and a cleaner in office and industrial premises.

«When I found out about the recruitment in „Vocation“, I became interested in looking at work in medical institutions in another country. In Kyrgyzstan, practice for students is significantly different: here everyone helps, explains, and does not brush it off. In Leninogorsk, I learned how to draw blood from a vein, everything turned out to be not as scary as I thought», — Karina shares.

In the future, Karina plans to develop in surgery and views Russia as a place for further study and work.
