KRSU students showed off their knowledge at the Pediatrics Olympiad
On March 25, at the City Children's Clinical Emergency Hospital, the Department of Pediatrics KRSU organized an Olympiad among 1st stream medical students of the Faculty of Medicine. In total, 9 groups took part in the event dedicated to the spring holiday of Nooruz, from which 3 student teams were formed.
The jury included: head. Department of Pediatrics KRSU, Professor S. Bokonbaeva, Associate Professor of the Department of Pediatrics KSMA T. Bektursunov, Associate Professor of the Department of Pediatric Surgery KRSU Sh. Ibraimov, Deputy. Director of the State Children's Clinical Hospital J. Anakeeva and Associate Professor of the Department of Pediatrics KRSU H. Sushanlo (organizer of the Olympiad).
The Olympiad consisted of the following stages: «Business card» (team greeting), «Blitz survey» (quiz on pediatrics), «4 pictures, 1 word» (situational task), «Guess the syndrome» (competition), «Tests» (competition).
Based on the results of the Olympiad, the prizes were distributed as follows:
1st place – team «NeonaTanos» (96 points);
2nd place – team «Fantastic Eight» (85 points) and team «Guardians of Childhood» (81 points).
The most active, erudite and creative participants of the event received certificates of remembrance. «NeonaTanos» received 3 nominations: «For activity», «Best knowledge of theory» and «Best knowledge of analyzes». «Guardians of Childhood» received certificates in the categories «Creativity» and «Best Homework». «Fantastic Eight» received a certificate for «Best Greeting».
As part of the Olympiad, students of the LD-7-17 group prepared 3 artistic numbers – a performance by comedy players and two songs performed by student Omurbek Akmatbekov.
