KRSU students won an interactive quiz «History of the war. Victory Story»
On May 27, an interuniversity interactive quiz took place in the capital of Kyrgyzstan «History of the War. Victory Story». The event dedicated to the 77th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War was organized by the «Eurasians – New Wave» Foundation.
Teams from five universities in Bishkek competed for the title of expert on Russian history. The quiz took place in the format of the famous television program «Own Game» and consisted of three stages.
During the first and second rounds, students answered questions regarding the period of defense of Moscow and the heroism of Panfilov’s soldiers. The organizers devoted some of the questions to the main events and well-known historical facts of the Great Patriotic War.
At the third stage, teams guessed famous songs of the war years, or written later, but dedicated to the theme of Victory. The difficulty was that the song had to be guessed only by the melody.
The event took place in a lively atmosphere. If the first stages of the competition were accompanied by a spirit of competition, then the final round – atmosphere of friendship and fun. The participants happily sang along to familiar compositions, and their fans did not lag behind the teams. Many songs – for example, «Blue Handkerchief», «Victory Day», «Katyusha» were performed directly from the audience.
According to the results of the quiz, the team of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after. B. Yeltsin. Second place went to students of the International University of the Kyrgyz Republic. The third place of honor was won by the team of the Bishkek Financial and Economic College named after. A. Toktonalieva.

All quiz participants were awarded diplomas and memorable gifts. The KRSU team also took the winner statuette with them.
