KRSU students — winners of the All-Russian competition!

Students of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University took first place in the VII All-Russian competition of scientific works by young history researchers on the problems of the Second World War and the Great Patriotic War.The university won:— Laili Khashimova, law student— Yulia Novalishina, student of the Faculty of International RelationsUnder the leadership of the Director of the Center for Historical and Cultural Heritage KRSU, they presented a scientific work on the topic:«Deputies of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR — natives of the Donetsk region in the battles for the Soviet Motherland during the Great Patriotic War».During the study, the students carried out large-scale work with archival materials and prepared a historical and biographical analysis, including studying the fates of the Nikolaev brothers and Vasily Kostyri.The organizers of the competition highly appreciated the scientific level of work, noting its contribution to the preservation of historical memory and highlighting the strong ties of peoples during the Great Patriotic War.Congratulations on your well-deserved victory and are proud of our students!
