KRSU students presented cases of AI applications in learning

The Faculty of Humanities of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University hosted a scientific and practical seminar on the use of artificial intelligence in teaching English.The event was organized by Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and Practice of English and Intercultural Communication Gyuzal Vakhitova. It was attended by 3–4 year students of the direction «Linguistics: school education».During the workshop, participants presented practical cases and methodological developments using AI tools, including MagicSchool, Pteacher bot, Fixme bot, Speakomet and Zaplingo. Particular attention was paid to personalizing learning, automating the preparation of educational materials and introducing interactive forms of teaching.The practical part included working out lesson scenarios at level B1–B2 and working in groups using digital solutions.The results noted that the use of AI helps increase student engagement and develop critical thinking skills.
