KRSU students won a video competition at a regional conference on peace and security

On 5 March 2026, the Regional Conference «Education for Peace and Security» was held to mark the International Day for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Education.As part of the event, the winners of a student video competition aimed at creating a culture of peace, strengthening international security and promoting non-proliferation ideas were awarded.Among the winners of the competition are — students of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University: second-year student Taalaibek kyzy Aidemi, as well as fourth-year students Ainazik Alisherova, Shainazarova Kanayim, Arab Abolfazl, Kadyrov Azizbek and Mamazhanov Bolotbek.Their video work demonstrated the high level of youth awareness of disarmament, international humanitarian law and global security issues, as well as creativity in addressing these topics.The event was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. The conference brought together representatives of government bodies, international organizations, the academic community and students to discuss current issues of education in the field of peace and security.
