KRSU students became volunteers at the Kyrgyzstan Open Ice Climbing Championship

Students of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University took part in the Open Ice Climbing Championship of the Kyrgyz Republic as volunteers.Under the leadership of the head of the School of Mountain Tourism KRSU, Ilshat Dautov, students helped organize the starts and accompanied the athletes, having the opportunity to see from the inside the holding of competitions in one of the most spectacular mountain sports.Nasiba Eshmuradova, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law of KRSU for educational work, was also present with the students. Ilshat Dautov and Nasiba Eshmuradova joined the championship panel of judges.The competition took place at the Ak-Sai ice waterfall in the natural park «Ala-Archa» and was dedicated to the 45th anniversary of the mountaineering section «SKIF-Polytech». More than 40 athletes from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation took part in the championship.The mountain tourism club KRSU continues to actively develop and invites students interested in mountains, mountaineering and other mountain activities to join the community.
