Teleconference EHU-KRSU: participants spoke about the heroes of the Great Patriotic War
May 11 by teachers of the Department of History and Historical and Cultural Heritage of Yerevan State University. AND. Bunin, Doctors of Historical Sciences D. Lyapin and V. Litvinov organized an international teleconference with the Department of Russian History of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. Yeltsin «Unity of Nations – as a factor in the victory of the Soviet people over fascism in the Great Patriotic War».
Teachers and history students from two universities took part in the teleconference.
The Vice-Rector for Pre-University Training, Innovative Development and International Activities of Yerevan State University made a welcoming speech. AND. Bunina, Professor E. Gerasimova.
The meeting participants dedicated their speeches to the heroes of the war and the most important events at the front from the position of the unity of the multinational Soviet people, who managed to unite to defend their common Motherland. Preserving the memory of the Great Patriotic War in its multinational aspect is especially relevant for modern Russia. At the end of the teleconference, it was decided to continue cooperation.
