A conference dedicated to the 80th anniversary of KRSU professor Zakir Kamarli was held in Bishkek

On October 26, in the conference hall of the National Center of Oncology and Hematology in Bishkek, a conference «Current Problems of Oncology and Radiology» was held, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Honored Scientist of the Kyrgyz Republic, head. Department of Oncology and Radiology KRSU, Professor Zakir Kamarli.

The event was opened by the rector of KRSU V. Nifadyev, the dean of the medical faculty of KRSU A. Zarifyan, the chairman of the Azerbaijani diaspora in the Kyrgyz Republic «Azeri» A. Aliyev, the director of the National Center for Health of the Kyrgyz Republic B. Sultangazieva and others. The guests congratulated the eminent hero of the day, wishing him health and many years of scientific activity.

Then scientists and experts discussed issues of general oncology and new opportunities in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of cancer.
