There is a new addition to the book series «Classic Textbook»
On May 23, 2022, a presentation of the textbook «Taxes and tax system of the Kyrgyz Republic» took place in the library of the Faculty of Economics of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
Author of a new edition included in the book series «Classic textbook», Candidate of Economic Sciences Khicheza Ayupovna Fynchina, presenting her work to teachers and students, noted that when writing it, the goal was to prepare a universal textbook that would be useful both for students of economic specialties of higher educational institutions, undergraduates, graduate students, teachers, and for a wide range of people who want to understand the intricacies of the taxation system in Kyrgyz Republic.
The dean of the Faculty of Economics also pointed out this feature in her speech Natalya Brovko. Congratulating the author on the publication of the textbook, she emphasized that «taxes and taxation – is not only a discipline that is studied by students of all study programs of the Faculty of Economics KRSU, it is a problem that concerns any citizen, as a member of society – a tax payer or a user of socio-economic benefits. This increases the significance of this textbook».
The work of Khicheza Fynchina is recommended as a textbook for universities by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. It was previously presented for review to the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan, the Institute of Economics and the Kyrgyz-European Faculty of KNU, the Kyrgyz Economic University, and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, which gave a positive review.
Speakers at the presentation, Professor Ch. Bektenova, associate professor M. Rysalieva noted the high level and scientific value of the textbook, its importance for mastering the academic discipline.
At the end of the presentation, the author noted that the textbook had been prepared for more than one year, so a special comment was made on all the innovations introduced in 2022 in the last chapter.
Associate Professor Hicheza Fynchina – teacher with extensive experience in teaching and scientific work. She is – the author of more than 50 scientific papers, including textbooks «Taxes in the system of factors of economic development», «Finance of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic».
