KRSU has appointed its first vice-rector, Gulnara-Klara Samat

At a meeting of the academic council of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, the candidacy of the first vice-rector of the university was approved. It was Gulnara-Klara Samat.

The new vice-rector from the Kyrgyz side was introduced by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan Abazbek uulu Rasul, noting the rich life and professional experience of Gulnara-Klara Samat.

In her address to the university staff, she emphasized:

"It's an honor to be part of your team. This is a very strong intellectual layer. I hope for cooperation. There is experience in both teaching and diplomatic activities that will help KRSU improve its authority at home and abroad."

Career milestones:

Teacher of Russian language and literature at school №7 cities of Tash-Kumyr;

Work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, including the position of international security adviser;

Spokesperson for the President of Kyrgyzstan;

Director of the International Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;

Head of the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums;

Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Russia.

The appointment of Gulnara-Klara Samat to the position of first vice-rector opens up new prospects for the development of KRSU in the international arena.
