An order for transfer, reinstatement and academic leave has been published in KRSU
The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University has published an order defining the procedure for transferring students, their reinstatement after expulsion, as well as the provision of academic leave. The document was adopted to ensure the quality of the educational process and complies with the current regulatory requirements of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Student applications are considered at commission meetings twice a year — September 12 and February 12. Issues related to the granting or extension of academic leave are resolved as necessary.
To transfer, restore or apply for academic leave, students must prepare the following documents:
a statement;
a copy of the passport;
a grade book or academic certificate certified by the dean’s office;
a copy of the ORT certificate.
An individual curriculum is also formed, which takes into account the academic difference and the timing of its liquidation.
The adopted order establishes a transparent procedure for processing transfers, reinstatements and academic leave. This will allow students to plan their submission of documents in advance, as well as more clearly understand the timing and rules of the procedure.
