The historical and documentary exhibition "At the Origins of the Great Future" opened at KRSU

Today, at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU) named after Boris Yeltsin, the grand opening of the historical and documentary exhibition "At the Origins of the Great Future" took place, organized in honor of significant events in the history of Kyrgyzstan — from the formation of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region to its transformation into the Kyrgyz Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

The authors of the exhibition were the director of the Center for Historical and Cultural Heritage KRSU, Candidate of Historical Sciences Leonid Sumarokov, and the deputy director of the Institute of Russian Language named after K. Orusbaev KRSU, Doctor of Historical Sciences Olga Sumarokova.

The exhibition presents unique archival documents and photographs that allow us to better understand the process of formation of Kyrgyz statehood.

The event included thematic presentations where scientists discussed the importance of historical processes for modern Kyrgyz identity. The conference was organized by the Faculty of Law KRSU
