On November 27, a student scientific and practical round table was held in the conference hall of the main building of KRSU «Classical literature of Iran and Turkey – heritage of world culture».
Students from the Faculty of International Relations and the Faculty of Humanities took part in its work.
The meeting was opened by the Dean of the FMO A. Kulikovsky, then the director of the Cultural Representative Office of the Iranian Embassy in Bishkek, Mr. Abuzar Togani, and the representative spoke with words of greeting TTEOMER Hakan Tuna.
Participants examined various aspects of the creative activity of Persian and Turkish poets; the influence of Arab and Persian poetic traditions on Turkic and Turkish literature; the contribution of European, Russian and Central Asian scientists to the study of classical literature in Iran and Turkey.
Students made presentations on classical Persian and Turkish literature, spoke about the work of great poets such as Rudaki, Ferdowsi, Hafiz Shirazi, Rumi, Yunus Emre, Zati, Baki, etc. The students also performed poems by classics in French, German, Turkish, Persian and Russian languages.
At the end of the round table, Mr. Abuzar Togani presented the participants with letters of gratitude from the Cultural Representative Office of the Iranian Embassy in Bishkek.
