KRSU hosted a guest lecture on financial security issues

A guest lecture was held at the Faculty of Law of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, organized by the Department of Theory and History of State and Law.The speaker was the head of the Department of Strategic Analysis and Risk Assessment of the State Financial Intelligence Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.During the lecture, topical issues were discussed:— combating the financing of criminal activities— fight against terrorism— legalization (laundering) of criminal proceeds2nd year students got acquainted with the activities of the relevant government body, as well as with international legal mechanisms influencing the formation of national legislation in this area.At the end of the meeting, the participants asked questions and received detailed answers from an expert.Conducting such lectures helps to deepen students’ professional knowledge, form practice-oriented thinking and understand current challenges in the field of law and financial security.
