A guest lecture by the Ufa University of Science and Technology on legal regulation was held at KRSU

Timur Kasimov, candidate of legal sciences, associate professor of the department of theory of state and law at the Ufa University of Science and Technology, held an online guest lecture at the Faculty of Law of KRSU. The topic of the speech was «Legal regulatory mechanisms», including key tools and approaches to the impact of the right on social relations.

During the lecture, legal norms, principles, institutions and acts as the basis of regulation, as well as methods of their application in various fields, were discussed. Particular attention was paid to current problems of law enforcement, modern challenges and trends affecting the effectiveness of legal mechanisms.

Students actively participated in the discussion, asking questions about the practical aspects of regulation, interpretation of norms and opportunities to improve the quality of legal work. Teachers of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law emphasized that such events help strengthen legal literacy and develop in future lawyers a comprehensive understanding of the role of law in society.

Concluding his speech, Timur Salavatovich expressed gratitude to the management of KRSU for organizing the lecture and noted his readiness for further cooperation. He also expressed hope to hold the next meeting in person, visiting Bishkek and speaking to university students.
