A conference dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War was held at KRSU
On March 25, 2025, a scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War was held at the KRSU Faculty of Medicine. The event was organized by the Department of Therapy №2 specialties "General Medicine" under the leadership of the head of the department, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Ibragim Samizhonovich Sabirov and senior teacher Anna Valerievna Belinova.
During the conference, 4th and 6th year students presented reports and creative speeches on the contribution of medical workers to Victory. Zhanyshbek K, Benazir, Kalbaeva Aliya, Sultanova Meerimai (LD 2-21) read the poem «Sogush emne? What is war?» in Kyrgyz and Russian to the accompaniment of playing the komuz.
Dmitry Krasnikov and Alexander Bugaev (LD 4-19) made a report «Doctors during the Second World War», presenting a historical overview of the activities of medical personnel during the war. Majidova Elzada (LD 4-19) prepared a separate report on women doctors from Kyrgyzstan who participated in the Great Patriotic War.
Following the students' presentations, guest experts gave speeches:
Ph.D., Associate Professor Clara Asanovna Dzhailobaeva thanked the event organizers and noted:
«Doctors played a key role during the war years, rescuing wounded both on the battlefield and in hospitals. We, as future doctors, must be aware of the importance of our profession at all times».
Ph.D., Associate Professor Mamasaidov Jakhongir Abdimutalibovich emphasized:
«The war has affected every family, and today we again remember the exploits of our heroes. Thanks to the students for the work they have done and for their in-depth reports».
Senior teacher Anna Valerievna Belinova noted the importance of preserving historical memory:
«We must remember the exploits of our ancestors not only on May 9, but also daily honor their merits and be grateful for the peaceful sky above our heads».
