KRSU hosted an international conference - a harbinger of the Peace March «Peace Caravan – 2022»
On April 13, the International Educational Scientific and Practical Conference «Spiritual and Moral Revival of Humanity: Issues of Peace and Ecology» was held in the conference hall of the main building of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
The event, held in a hybrid format (offline and online), marked the start of the Peace March «Peace Caravan – 2022», which will last until the end of autumn 2022.
The conference was opened by the coordinator of the Peace March «Peace Caravan – 2022», candidate of political sciences, doctoral student of the department of philosophy KRSU Elmira Lazarenko.
Deputy Head of the Department of Research, Policy Development and Reform Implementation of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Vyacheslav Pak, Rector of KRSU, Academician Vladimir Nifadiev, Chairman of the Peace Foundation of the Kyrgyz Republic, Chairman of the organizing committee of the Peace March addressed the conference participants – scientists, students, businessmen, media representatives – Peace Caravan «2022– Azim Danikeev, Chairman of the Public Association »Kyrgyz Zholu«Kadyr Koshaliev.
Rector of KRSU V. Nifadiev noted the importance of instilling spiritual and moral principles in young people and wished the conference participants creative success in their work.
The conference participants discussed the principles of spiritual and moral transformation of society, the role of paleotraditions in the spiritual and moral revival of humanity, the features of ethnoecological values and their role in educating the younger generation, and many other issues.
The Peace March, which has its origins in Kyrgyzstan, is dedicated to peace and harmony on the planet, harmonization of international relations, development of mutual understanding and innovative solutions in the field of ecology.
The current trend of globalization has brought all of humanity together into a single ship, connecting them with each other in a series of fateful transformations. We are witnessing pandemics, environmental changes, military conflicts, the imposition of economic sanctions and the intensification of ideological, informational and technical attacks. It is impossible for a person and society as a whole to be in such conditions. The Peace March is designed to promote peace and harmony in the life of all humanity.
