Today, the Faculty of Humanities of KRSU hosted the XVIII interuniversity student scientific and practical conference «UNIVERSAL THROUGH NATIONAL», organized by the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies named after. academician. A.CH. Kakeeva. The conference was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
Conference participants discussed how the memory of war affects our perception of justice, morality, patriotism and human nature. Particular attention was paid to the role of culture, religion and ecology in the formation of universal human values in the context of global challenges.
The presentations were made in thematic sections:
– philosophy of memory and patriotism
– war and the transformation of values
– preservation of cultural heritage
– intercultural dialogue and youth education.
The conference format was flexible: participants spoke both in person and online, which ensured wide coverage and inclusion of students from different universities.
The conference was another confirmation that philosophy — is not an abstraction, but a living dialogue about the most important thing: man, memory and the future.
