KRSU hosted an inter-university quiz dedicated to Human Rights Day

On December 9, the KRSU took place in the conference hall of the main building interuniversity student quiz «Equality and prohibition of discrimination against persons with disabilities in international and national law», dedicated to Human Rights Day which is annually celebrated by the international community on December 10.

The goal quizzes – increasing interest among students in studying and analyzing issues related to the protection and ensuring the rights of persons with disabilities in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The head of the International Relations Department of KRSU, Yulia Kalyuzhnaya, addressed the event participants with a welcoming speech.

Knational Program Coordinator, OHCHR Regional Office for Central Asia Erkin Iskakulov gave a lecture to students on the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Then the quiz itself started, the participants of which were students of KRSU, the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, KNU and MUK.

Based on the results of the competition, the places were distributed as follows:

3rd place – KNU and MUK teams,

2nd place <TAG1> academy team MIA,

1st place <TAG1> KRSU command.

All students and their mentors were awarded commemorative certificates.
