On July 17, 2025, the annual student conference dedicated to the topic №Emergencies in the practice of a cardiologist«was held at the Department of Therapy » 2nd Faculty of Medicine KRSU. The event was held in a hybrid format and was timed to coincide with the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The conference brought together students, teachers and young researchers interested in studying current issues of cardiac care. This year, the focus was on conditions such as sudden cardiac death, hypertensive crises and uncontrolled hypertension.
4th year students presented 7 substantive scientific reports, in which they revealed modern approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of acute cardiac conditions. Their presentations highlighted key aspects of the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac emergencies such as sudden cardiac death (CVD) and hypertensive crises (HC), prepared with the support of the teaching staff of the department.

The speeches were prepared under the guidance of the department’s teachers and were accompanied by illustrations of clinical cases and analysis of practical algorithms for the doctor’s actions.
The event became an important platform for the exchange of experience, development of professional skills and deepening knowledge in the field of internal medicine. Such conferences contribute to the formation of clinical thinking and scientific interest in future doctors, and also strengthen the connection between training and real medical practice.
The organizers expressed gratitude to all participants and noted the importance of such initiatives in training competent and responsible specialists.
