A working meeting of deans was held at KRSU with the participation of acting rector Sergei Volkov
A final working meeting of deans was held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, chaired by acting rector Sergei Volkov. The meeting was dedicated to summing up the results of the outgoing year, as well as discussing priority tasks for the future.
"Despite all the challenges, we are finishing this year well. We need changes, and they will be visible next year," Sergei Volkov emphasized, addressing the meeting participants. He noted that among the main changes will be improving the university's infrastructure, as well as increasing wages.
The acting rector paid special attention to the importance of teamwork within the university: "We must build effective interaction between departments and faculties. Contact between them should be the basis for solving current problems and achieving strategic goals."
Sergei Volkov also recalled that the university’s focus remains on students, their successes and well-being. He shared plans for implementing the development program, adding that this is not the only initiative that the university will work on.
During the meeting, the issue of duty at faculties during the New Year holidays was raised, which is important for maintaining the work of the university on holidays.
Concluding the meeting, Sergei Volkov congratulated his colleagues on the upcoming New Year:
"I wish you patience, health and strength to implement all our plans. Thank you for your work this year!'
The coming year promises to be full of new projects and initiatives that will help KRSU strengthen its position in the educational and scientific environment.
