A working meeting was held at KRSU with the participation of acting rector Sergei Volkov

A working meeting of acting of Rector Sergei Volkov with deans of faculties and heads of structural divisions was held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. The meeting took place at the Faculty of Economics.

During the meeting, the new executive secretary of the admissions committee, Evgeny Shekunov, was introduced. He arrived from Moscow and has significant experience in the field of educational administration.

The forthcoming changes to the admission rules, which will be approved shortly, and the cost of training on a contractual basis were also discussed. In accordance with the standards, it cannot be lower than the cost of educational services.

Another important topic was the university’s accreditation. As noted at the meeting, the process is at the final stage and is already 90 percent completed.
