A final meeting is taking place at KRSU as part of the visit of partner universities

Today, a final meeting is being held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University as part of the visit of representatives of partner universities. The National Research Technological University «MISiS» also joined the discussion in the VKS format.

Magnitogorsk State Technical University, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and Siberian Federal University took part in the face-to-face format.

Acting Rector of KRSU Sergei Volkov noted that a lot of work lies ahead to implement the roadmaps for cooperation. Strengthening the position of the university, developing curricula, creating joint laboratories and implementing new scientific projects remain important areas.

«KRSU, with such support, is obliged to become the flagship of Russian education in the region», — Volkov emphasized. Special attention is paid to training personnel for the mining industry. The company's production «Alliance-Altyn» employs many KRSU graduates, which confirms the high level of training of specialists.

The university is just beginning to form as an educational hub, but has already actively become involved in mining work, attracting leading Russian universities for joint projects.
