KRSU hosted a lecture on cybersecurity for university staff and representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

During the meeting, we looked at the most common types of cybercrimes - including phishing, fraud on social networks, deception schemes in instant messengers, as well as the risks associated with the use of cryptocurrencies.

Participants were told how to recognize suspicious activity, what schemes are most common today, and what precautions can help protect personal data. Particular attention was paid to the fact that scammers actively use familiar platforms - Instagram, WhatsApp, Lalafo. Therefore, it is important to remain vigilant even in everyday online communication.

The lecture was held as part of the work to combat cybercrime and improve digital literacy.
