KRSU hosted a graduation for students of the program «Psychologist in the social sphere»

The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University hosted the graduation of students from the professional retraining program «Psychologist in the Social Sphere», implemented by the International Institute of Additional Education and Personnel Engineering KRSU.The six-month program aimed to train specialists in the fields of practical psychology, communication and human resources. The training was practice-oriented and included trainings, cases, exercises and analysis of real professional situations.As part of the final certification, graduates successfully confirmed their acquired knowledge and professional competencies, demonstrating skills in psychological diagnostics, behavior analysis, communication and conflict resolution.During the training, students mastered modern approaches to personnel selection and assessment, studied the psychology of communication, personality typology and emotional reactions, methods of conflict resolution, mediative techniques, as well as tools for public negotiations, persuasion and counteraction to manipulation.The total volume of the program was 424 academic hours. Training took place in a mixed format — online and offline.The university noted that the program is aimed at training in-demand specialists capable of working effectively in the social, educational, corporate and personnel spheres.KRSU congratulates the graduates on the successful completion of their studies and wishes them further professional growth, new achievements and successful application of the acquired knowledge in practice.Currently, the International Institute of Further Education and Personnel Engineering KRSU has already opened enrollment in a new group of the program «Psychologist in the Social Sphere».
