The Kyrgyz-Russian media forum has started at KRSU

October 12 in the large assembly hall of the main building of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. B. Yeltsin opened the Kyrgyz-Russian student media forum, which united more than 60 students and staff of Kyrgyz, Russian and Slavic universities.

With a welcoming speech to the participants of the large-scale event – representatives of the Siberian Federal University, vice-rectors, teachers and students of Slavic universities, experts in the field of media and modern media – we contacted deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Konstantin Mogilevsky (video message), Deputy Director of the Department of Information Policy and Integrated Security of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia Anna Gureeva, acting Rector of KRSU Denis Fomin-Nilov, acting Vice-Rector for Information and Public Relations Leonid Sumarokov.

Participants of the media forum will enjoy a rich program, including a panel discussion, round tables, lectures, excursions around Bishkek, and a visit to the news agency «Sputnik Kyrgyzstan». Based on the results, students must prepare and present a media product.
